Leucine and Isoleucine for horses

Leucine and Isoleucine are two of the three branch-chain amino acids for horses, the third is valine. They are the second and fourth most abundant amino acids available in various feedstuffs fed to horses.

These essential amino acids are useful for the formation of haemoglobin and also contribute to the production of natural endorphins for pain.

These amino acids are very useful when supplemented to performance horses after exercise.
